Food is a great passion of mine. I love to cook it. I love to eat it. I enjoy most types of food, particularly foods that are spicy and/or very flavorful. I am especially fond of pizza, wings, crustaceans and mollusks. Among my favorite cuisines are: Cajun, Jamaican/Caribbean, Thai, Cuban, Chinese, Czech, German, Greek/Middle Eastern, Indian, and Italian.
