I won the Spam carving contest! (Click on any of the photos for a larger image) Yes! After years of being a Spam enthusiast, I finally get some recognition. The winning Spam sculpture was a small castle, which I christened, "Spamalot". There was also an article in the Arizona Republic by Bill Goodykoontz about the sacred event.
